Whither to HCMC?

Vietnam is the Next Big Thing. Should we go or should we not? ['Go' here defined as risk, relocate, uproot, grab opportunity with a sense of adventure and two tightly crossed fingers]. I'm excited by the idea, yet fearful of the thought of leaving my comfort zone with a little toddler in tow.
