Little Adventures into the Big World

Kait has been bitten by the travel bug. Ever so often since her Australian sojourn, she hauls out the wheelie luggage bag, packs her clothes in, waves merrily in our direction and gives a lusty 'BYE MUMMY! BYE PAPA!'

Apart from her jaunt Down Under, we have also recently been to Pulau Ubin to check out the HSBC conservation cottage at Pulau Ubin's Chek Jawa coast.

And of course, the Baby Jogger has arrived and is very well loved. We worked out a nice schedule where we would whip up a quick home-cooked dinner after getting home from work, then go out for a gentle after dinner walk in the park with Kait in the stroller to lull her to sleep. That worked for about a week or two, afterwhich she decided NO stroller; night run instead. Well, the good news is that after a week of that, she has worked out a middle path which includes part in the stroller, part on foot, and part in mummy's arms.
